2. Tour Bookings

2.1 Booking Process

• All tour bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour start date
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

2.2 Participant Requirements

• All participants must have valid travel insurance
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to complete the tour
• Minimum age for most tours is 12 years (accompanied by adult)
• Some tours may have specific fitness requirements

3. Tour Modifications

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transportation if circumstances require. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher standard.

4. Liability

4.1 Company Liability

Heritage Hike acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from acts or omissions of such providers.

4.2 Participant Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour
• Following guide instructions is mandatory for safety
• Participants must respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms
• Any damage to property must be paid for by the responsible participant

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed except for changes in government taxes or fuel surcharges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Heritage Hike and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gilgit-Baltistan.
